Sun Wukong thought this idea was good, so he went to the East Sea.

He parted the seawater and arrived at the Dragon Palace.

Dragon King Ao Guang saw him and was very surprised.

Sun Wukong said: "I am Sun Wukong from Flower Fruit Mountain, and I am your neighbor."

I want to borrow a good weapon from you.

The Dragon King said: "Okay, I will help you."

He ordered his subordinates to bring many weapons.

Sun Wukong tried it, and felt it was too light.

The Dragon Queen said to the Dragon King: "Let him go see the Sea-Calming Needle."

That treasure is very heavy, he cannot lift it.

This way he will not blame us.

The Dragon King said okay.

They arrived at the bottom of the sea.

There was a large iron pillar, shining with light.

On it was written "Ruyi Jingu Bang".

The Dragon King said: "This is the Sea-Calming Needle, it is very heavy, you cannot lift it."

Sun Wukong was very happy.

He touched the iron pillar and said: "A little smaller, a little smaller."

The Golden Cudgel really became smaller.

Finally, it became as thick as a bowl's mouth and as long as two zhang.

Sun Wukong held it in his hand and tried it, it was just right.

The Dragon King was very afraid and ordered his subordinates to seize it.

Sun Wukong swung the Golden Cudgel, causing chaos in the Dragon Palace.

He took the opportunity to return to the Flower-Fruit Mountain.

With the Golden Cudgel, Sun Wukong became even more powerful.

Many monsters came to join him.

One day, Sun Wukong got drunk and slept outside.

He dreamed of two ghostly messengers, one black, one white.

They used iron chains to fasten around his neck and pulled him to the underworld.

Sun Wukong woke up and found himself in a terrifying place.

He was very angry, took out the Golden Cudgel and struck wildly.

The ghostly messengers were all scared away.

He saw a thick book on the table, called the Book of Life and Death.

Inside, it recorded how long all living beings could live.

He found his own name, which stated that he could live for three hundred and forty-two years.

Sun Wukong was very angry, took a pen, and crossed out his own name and the names of all monkeys.

Then he fought his way out of the underworld and returned to the Flower-Fruit Mountain.

The Dragon King and the King of Hell are both very angry.

They go up to heaven together and tell the Jade Emperor what Sun Wukong has done.

The Jade Emperor asks the gods what to do.

Taibai Jinxing says: Sun Wukong has already become an immortal.

It would be better to let him come to heaven and give him an official position.

This way, we can control him and prevent him from causing trouble again.

The Jade Emperor agrees.

Taibai Jinxing arrives at the Flower-Fruit Mountain.

The little monkeys think he is a bad person, tie him up, and bring him before Sun Wukong.

Sun Wukong asks: Who are you?

The Great White Planet said: I am the Great White Planet.

The Jade Emperor invites you to go to heaven to become an official.

It is very good there.

Sun Wukong was very happy and said: Good, I will go.

He said to the monkeys: You all take good care of the home.

I will go first to take a look.

If it is good there, I will come back to pick you up.

The monkeys all heard this and were very happy.
