He said he would find a way to revive the ginseng fruit tree.

Zhenyuan Daxian then made an agreement with him: if he could revive the treasure tree within three days, he would no longer pursue this matter, and was also willing to become sworn brothers with him.

Sun Wukong first arrived at the East Sea.

He saw the three immortals, Fu Xing, Lu Xing, and Shou Xing, playing chess, and went over to greet them.

The three immortals asked Sun Wukong why he came here.

Sun Wukong smiled and said he was just here for a walk.

The three immortals then asked where the scripture-seeking team had reached.

Sun Wukong replied that they had reached Wuzhuang Temple.

The three immortals knew Sun Wukong's usual behavior, so they smiled and asked him if he had stolen and eaten the ginseng fruit.

They said the Ginseng Fruit is a treasure between heaven and earth.

Sun Wukong laughed and said: What treasure.

I, Old Sun, pushed it down by the roots.

Then, he told the story of stealing the fruit and pushing down the fruit tree.

The three immortals were very surprised upon hearing this and all said there was no way to revive the fruit tree.

Sun Wukong then asked them to go to Wuzhuang Temple to plead with Zhenyuan Daxian for more time.

Then, Sun Wukong went to Fangzhang Immortal Mountain to seek help from Donghua Dadi Jun.

He also went to Yingzhou Island to find the nine old immortals on the island.

However, the Emperor and the nine old immortals also said there was no way.

Sun Wukong had no other way, so he had to go to the South Sea to find Guanyin Bodhisattva.

He had just entered the Purple Bamboo Forest when a black bear spirit jumped out and shouted: Sun Wukong, where are you going.

Sun Wukong looked and saw it was the black bear monster who had stolen the kasaya before.

He laughed and scolded: My name is not something you can call.

If I hadn't let you go back then, could you have followed the Bodhisattva and achieved a good outcome?

Just based on this, you should call me grandpa.

The black bear monster laughed a few times embarrassedly and led him in to see the Bodhisattva.

After listening to the course of events, Guanyin Bodhisattva naturally had to criticize Sun Wukong a few words.

Then, the Bodhisattva followed Sun Wukong to Wuzhuang Temple.

The Three Stars of Fortune, Prosperity, and Longevity were there comforting Zhenyuan Daxian.

When they saw the Bodhisattva coming, they quickly stood up to welcome her.

After everyone greeted each other, Zhenyuan Daxian led everyone to the back garden.

They saw Guanyin Bodhisattva use a willow branch to dip a little nectar from the jade purification vase and sprinkle it on the ground.

A clear spring immediately appeared on the ground.

Everyone used this spring water to irrigate the roots of the ginseng fruit tree.

That tree really came back to life, its branches and leaves turned green again, and the fruits remained as they were originally.

Zhenyuan Daxian was very happy.

According to the previous agreement, he and Sun Wukong became sworn brothers.
